Quickly, cleanly and attractively are the main ingredients for any meal, whether on the run or just as sudden as the unpredictable hunger pang at 1 am. A leftover fanatic...I have combo-ed everything from steak and potato skins to tuna steak with balsamic vinegar, honey and tomato slices, going as far as leftover turkey, green bean casserole, and cranberry relish on grilled paska bread...YUMMY.
