Really cute, I love ribbons. I bought a bunch of ribbons from Target, they were on sale - six for $0.25. I use them as a vase filler on my bookcase and it's a really cute pop of color. Ribbons on Walls |

I live in a one bedroom 630 sq ft condo but I managed to make my closet glamorous looking, along the lines of some of the ones in these photos (but of course much smaller). I actually have a decent sized walk-in closet for such a small place, and in the corner I put a small lounge sofa chair. When I redid my carpeting in my bedroom I spent the extra money to have my closet re-carpeted too, and I took an old but nicely flower-patterned bedsheet and covered my wood shelves with it and stapled them on the bottom like I was wrapping a present. A large mirror, a cute fixture to hang my belts on, pink walls, a new light fixture, a few pictures of shoes, and pink clothing bins all pulled the look together to make it a very posh looking on a relatively small budget. I think the Tetris one is awesome but $700 per piece?! If I had $7k to spend on that shelving, I'd be putting it towards a down payment on a house so I would never have to move again! 5 Shelving Units for the Urban Nomad |

I think it's gorgeous - it totally works in this case. I wish I had something that I could feature in my condo. I see these pictures with all these beautiful fireplaces, windows, brick walls, etc but my condo just has rooms with four walls and basic windows so I can't get creative with any one feature. I guess what I'm saying is that I'm SUPER jealous of this window!!!!!!!!!!!! Highlight an Architectural Feature |
