my favorite is the mulligatawny soup http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/232690 i have adapted it a bit--i use coconut extract instead of coconut milk and switch out the garam masala, ground coriander and turmeric for 3 heaping tablespoons of chinese five spice. it's amazing, my favorite--i serve it over brown basmati rice and raw spinich.
