I'm usually cooking for my whole family, but sometimes I want something they won't eat. My favorite meal just for me is grits with butter, egg over easy and scrapple. (I know scrapple isn't Southern, but I love the taste and texture, and I think it's great with egg and grits!) Very nice! I could really use it - my old pepper mill broke last night! (It was a 2-in-1 set, with the salt in the top and pepper mill in the bottom. Well, now the salt is in the bottom with the peppercorns, and the mill won't grind.) I really need a new set!
