Why do you want to hide your kitchen?? I have a studio apt and the kitchen is one of my favorite parts! You just need to fix it up a little bit. Painting the cabinets white, putting some really cool art prints on the refrigerator, even getting the vintage brick veneers for the backsplash could make it look really awesome. (unless you are renting and cant do any of that)

Love it! But almost too much brown! Especially having the dark brown sofa chairs upstairs....they would look much better a lighter color like bright white! But thats just my opinion :) It's a beautiful home.

This is a home in Turks & Caicos! It's an Island people....They should be allowed to have some fun with the place. The blue looks great!

Hate to say it, but I agree with most of the comments about all the bare blank walls. I was expecting bright bold inspiring art pieces coming from someone so closely connected into the art world.

The art that you do have is so tiny, I couldn't make out what it even looked like on my monitor. But on a more positive note, I do love your painted brick and the clean lines of your apartment.

I think they need some baby sausages added in them :)

imdbtoo - All of the mismatched things are what MAKE this apartment so wonderful. Not everything has to be matching and color coordinated to make for a well decorated home.

Personally, as a graphic designer...i love all of the prints! Your home aesthetic shows that you are creative and have good taste and think outside of the box unlike so many people who cannot just do not understand why you wouldn't match everything together?! haha makes me laugh.

I love everything about this apartment. I have a thing for eclectic mismatched homes! I'm guessing the guy is just gonna have to tough this one out? haha
