Thanks readers, very helpful! I had a friend over the other day who specifically requested kosher salt to make Micheladas (the many wonderful uses of salt!) and I was very curious. I use finishing salts but I'd never bought kosher salt before. Now I know :) What Are the Differences Between Kosher & Sea Salt? Good Questions |

Just made this for dinner. For two, I used half a pound of whole wheat fettucine (couldn't find farro pasta at Whole Foods) and doubled the pesto recipe. I also used basil instead of mint. Yum. I put chick peas in instant couscous - just add a batch when you add the couscous to the boiling water. Adds protein and that nice nutty flavor. Hi everyone, this is great advice! These are really helpful and easy-to-follow tips. I thought I had minimized clutter but didn't think about closets. Ours are large - but stuffed. Ditto for cleaning. We're clean, but I missed things like windows, and the entryway and door. Thank you everyone!
