Faith the kitchen is lovely! I loved the sneak peek into it, and to see that we have so many gadgets and tools in common. We're ice cream maker twins.

This looks delicious. I use a similar recipe and have used agave as the sweetener as well. I also used a similar spice combination to make chai ice cream.

Hands down, I'm for fudgy. I'm always incredibly disappointed by cakey brownies. Although slightly less disappointed if they have frosting.

I might be mistaken, but can't you also make a little pouch out of parchment paper and toast it that way? If you have skinny bread, or a toaster that will fit a bagel, you might be able to get both slices in there.

Thanks for the tip jackyh! My all time favorite margarita is a prickly pear margarita. I'll keep an eye out for Cheri's around town, and will definitely order some for summer if I can't find it before then.

I wonder if you could melt them and use it to make cinnamon swirl ice cream. I bet it would be a good addition to cereal milk ice cream (http://bit.ly/hGziH4).

But I second eatlovedrink's endorsement of the oatmeal cookie plan.

I use my soda stream all the time, and I normally just make ginger-infused simple syrup to use with it. But next month I'm taking a soda making class at the Brooklyn Brainery (http://bit.ly/hUAOWj). Very excited to learn new sodas to make. I'll have to check out P&H's classes too.
