Get a Roku box. It will do Netflix (if you haven't already dumped it), Amazon Video, Crackle, Hulu Plus, and a few other channels. Definitely worth my money.

I just recently bought a small one (2" diameter) when I was at the Grand Canyon. It's hanging by my bed, but it blends in with my wall since it's almost the same color

Looks amazing! And they didn't have to gut the bathroom like most renovations I've seen on AT

I actually bought my pillow top mattress and matching box spring from Craigslist when I first moved out. $150 for a high quality set that would have cost at least $600. It was clean and barely used in the seller's guest bedroom. 4 years later, it's still the comfiest bed I have ever slept on and have never had a problem with bed bugs.

I don't travel much, but I've been using the same carry-on for 15 years. It has a big outside pocket to easily store my ziploc w/liquids. My brother created my last itinerary, and it initially included one plane change and 2 stops. The 2nd leg of the trip was delayed, but I managed to get an earlier nonstop home. Luckily I only had my carry-on, otherwise I would've been worrying about where my luggage would end up.

Glad to see they kept the old appliances and didn't upgrade to stainless steel like most kitchen renovations

Good to see more Android apps showcased on unplggd. I've had Android since the G1 came out, and Retro Camera and FX Camera, along with CameraFX, have all been my default camera at some point or another.

I LOVE this house! The kitchen is amazing - pretty much how I would want my ideal kitchen to look like. Thanks for another local Seattle post!

The hard drive on my 6-year old Dell laptop died the other week. Everything else works great, so I'll replace that and it will be like new. Also, I thought my 4th Gen iPod died last night since it was making clicky noises. After opening it up, it started working again. Hooray for old tech!

My ex-bf and I would make jalapeno poppers stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon for summer bbq's. He cores the peppers, I stuff them, and we wrap w/bacon together. It's a long process (especially when you have more than 50), but definitely worth it in the end.

I live in shared housing and there are 10 (yes, TEN!) of us living without cable. I get by with Hulu, Netflix, Boxee, and everything else that's available online. The only downside to cutting cable was live sports. I ended up buying a $20 HDTV antenna earlier this year and it's been a great investment for watching NFL and college basketball games.

@mauishopgirl and I are in the same boat. I don't think my Filipino family has ever cooked rice in a pot, always in a rice cooker. My family even went camping at Yellowstone one summer with a few other families, and they brought the rice cooker and plugged it in the bathroom!

I am absolutely disgusted at the amount of money they've spent on ridiculously overpriced Apple products. Who needs that many laptops anyway?
