Hello, again! In answer to some of the questions/comments:

Candy Dishes: Those are Oswald Haerdtl for Lobmeyer (c. 1925)

Clock: From the back of my great grandmother's closet (French from the 1940s).

Art Above Couch: That's just a photograph I took of the Reykjavik airport and printed out on a color laser printer (and taped it all together). I'm debating whether to have the photo printed on photo paper or canvas and framed (suggestions welcomed).

Art Above Bed: That's a 1970s silkscreen by Hiroshi Awatsuji, who was a Japanese textile designer.

Lucite Console (for computer): That came from CB2.com (which turned out to be cheaper than Plexi-Craft for the same thing).

Coffee Tables: Those were from the AT classifieds! Best $20 I ever spent...

Goodness, strange to see MY apartment up here! In answer to some of the questions:

Clutter: On the floor plan, that long white thing in the hallway is a big bookcase that holds lots of books and objects. But my main storage area is under my bed (barely pictured) and the closet next to the bathroom. But it's true I don't have a lot of "stuff."

TV: There's a 20" TV in the credenza (that the candy dishes are on). TiVO, DVD player, and cable box is in there, too.

Couch: The couch is from C.I.T.E. It's a Florence Knoll inspired design (I'm saving up for the real thing now).

Walls: The grey is Benjamin Moore Pebble Beach (1597).

It might just be the flash, but is that white semi-gloss paint on the walls? If so, a switch to egg shell might be worthwhile...

The fluorescent light in the bathroom doesn't thrill me...

Part of me would like to see an area rug on top of your wall-to-wall carpet to better define the seating area. Just a thought...

It kinda looks like you might have already won that gift certificate from DWR...

My biggest concern would be having friends over...I'd be so nervous giving a friend a glass of red wine or a cocktail with cranberry juice.

The voting system doesn't seem to work with Safari for Mac (but no problems with Firefox)...
