I disagree with her. Sometimes, light grey or mid-tones can work wonders and look more "deliberate," rather than the college-dorm-I-can't-or-forgot-to-paint. I think a light grey would do wonders for opening up her space, for example, with or without her beautiful textiles.

Yup, it really looks Photoshopped... but consider that a compliment.

I'm not sure about sage, but after my last breakup I painted and rearranged furniture, cleaned out my belongings, etc. It's a time for a lot of transformation, whatever that means to you. Good luck!

Just recovering from bronchitis, so:

- Clean sheets and pyjamas. If you're too sick to shower, it's nice to feel clean once in a while.
- Ginger tea. Lots of hot stuff for your throat.
- Take-out soup from that divey place down the street. You know the one.
- A space heater.
- Lots and lots of sleep. Just make yourself as comfortable as possible, and it'll happen.
