Most of the year I keep my onions in a basket hanging in my kitchen and potatoes in a dark cabinet. When the weather gets warm, I put a hanging basket just inside the basement door to keep them cool. What Is the Best Way to Store Root Vegetables & Onions in My Kitchen? Good Questions |

Here in Columbus, OH we have Carfagna's Italian Market. They have a great selection of imported wines, cheeses, meats, and lots more! My husband is growing tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, cucumbers, basil, thyme, parsley, oregano, sage, garlic, leeks, and shallots. Every year there are more tomato plants than the last. I like Rudi's Organic Breads, and my favorite is the 7-Grain with Flax. It has a great texture and flavor and makes great toast. I have been buying it at Whole Foods and another local health food store, but now they also have it at Meijer. Here is a link to their website where you can find a local store that carries it.
