Really disappointed to see the judgmental comments on here. I personally was super pumped when I saw the question, because it's something I've been researching for a long time, too. These posts (and their answers) come up high in Google search results, and have the potential to be really fantastic resources for seekers far into the future, so thank you to everyone who actually answered the question, and withheld their armchair analyses of the question-asker's personal life choices.

Razors: According to their post, it's a combination of sticky tape (superglued to the cords) and a thin line of superglue on each of the cords to support it all. Not sure I'd be willing to risk the paint, but I guess it would be a quick redo if it pulled it off when removing the cords later.

WaywardSean's got it! The one shown in the photo is the British cover, but if it's just the contents of the book you're interested in, it's well worth your time. I finished it just last night and am eagerly looking forward to the next one.

Android apps are welcome, of course! :) I try to do a mix of Android-specific, iPhone-specific and mixed phone OS posts, and this one just happened to be an iPhone one. If you can suggest some good Android apps for kiddos, I'd love to do a post on those!

Once I was passing a power cord over the top of my laptop when the plug end slipped out of the bundle, swung forward and cracked the screen. I couldn't afford to get it replaced so I had to carefully position windows away the spreading dark line. Eventually most of the screen was overtaken (I used a plug in monitor to actually do work), but by that point it was time for a new computer anyway.
