I'd rather be outside in the rain (not in a storm) going somewhere fun where there's people and fun things to do.

VERY ARTSMART who are you to advise Medo that his/her 'yellow small cabinet is dropped in the wrong place'? Maybe Medo put it there because that is where it works best for him/her? What Medo and his/her friends think of Medo's apartment (feels like stepping into a modern boutique hotel room) is not for you to ask justification.

Medo, I really like the bathroom, closet and kitchenette-like-nook. These 3 areas and the colors, remind me of the few 'boutique' hotel rooms I've booked.

So you're looking for a book with a 'bright blue cover' in the blue section? Don't get it. Sorry but if you enjoyed your own books well enough to keep them and shelve them, you would KNOW the title of every one.

It looks like a pantone workshop to me.

I like the way you've decorated your rental home.

It's just a rental for one year and you're returning to your own renovated home, so don't spend any(more) money fixing what you don't like. Save it for decorating your newly renovated spaces. With these home projects you never know what may come up. Goodluck!

agree with MISTERKLEIN and JESICA

how much are these sleek tables? because 8/10 people I know that live in a 'small space' are there for cost reasons.

Who cares! As long as someone else is going to do all that work, I'd be happy with either :D

Missoni prints remind me too much of 1980's jumpers/sweaters.

These are all the things we bought or received and our verdict:
1. baby bath towels - use (new) regular super absorb towels
2. baby carrier - our second grew out of it in 2 months
3. hanging mobile - babies are different, our second freaked out
4. used cot - our first broke one side of his, second got new = no probs!
5. talcum powder - babies are different, our second hated it
6. shampoo cup - first never had it, second hated it
7. baby bouncer - both quickly grew out of theirs
8. cot sheet sets - price doesn't justify the short time it's used
9. baby shoes - both hated them, babies only need socks
10. noisy baby toys - annoying to parents, scares babies they only need human touch and sounds of parents/siblings voices.

Sorry that should read:
We have three bedrooms and NO closets.

We gave a three bedroom and NO closets.

So there's miscellaneous items under our beds: photos, vip documents, school papers, suitcases, home exercise equipment, sunday shoes, secret kids presents, and anything my partner can't be bothered to put away.

GYPSYMOMMA - that's terrible! Not sure about the USA but here in Australia, especially in older homes, the designated kids room (usually a single room next to the main bedroom) almost always has bars on it's window. Our rental has it but I agree with you about sleeping with the little ones.

As for the post, I'd only do it if the child is enthusiastic about it. Don't forget about Claustrophobia. While playing in our bedroom we older kids locked my younger brother in the closet and that's how he/we/the parents discovered he was Claustrophobic. Goodluck.
