Personally, the poufs I have bought most for clients and recommended to friends have been from Tazi Moroccan Imports in Hayes Valley, San Francisco. They are in the upper range that you mentioned, but the quality is BEAUTIFUL! Should I Go for the Budget Friendly Pouf? Good Questions |

@JoesGirlFriday- I know what you mean! My beau has 3 colors on his books- blue(he's a sailing fanatic), brown and white. I constantly stare at these wishing he'll let me organize by color!!!!! Argh! Decorating With Books |

Than you Susie! I think they are such a beautiful flower with great varieties and colors. The Dahlia garden in GG Park is absolutely spectacular! Currently my favorite is the ball shaped ones in your first picture. Plus, you have to love how they last and last!! Dahlias: From Garden to Vase Garden Party |

@rosenatti; white is always suitable! You just need to bring a ton of paint samples home and see which white works better in your space. Try painting a sample- on foam core- save yourself the trouble of ruining your ACTUAL wall! Look at it on different walls at different times of the day. Generally in a very light room in California you want to go with a little softer, warmer hued white so that it isn't TOO stark. There's a right white for every place. Good luck & have fun! @katherine27; the lamp is indeed a George Nelson bubble lamp. I prefer the vintage ones to the new because the coloration is much softer and warmer. Have someone in the know look at the wiring as old wires are a potential fire-hazard. You may have to rewire, but I think you'll be much happier with the results because of the warmer glow.
