I love the 5 1/2-quart Round French Oven! I'd love to make a Breakfast Bake Casserole...I would tear a crusty loaf of bread into pieces, scramble 8 eggs and pour over the bread. Then I'd brown a a pound and a half of sage breakfast sausage with a small diced onion and spread it on top of the egg soaked bread. Lastly, I would top it all off with layer of good sharp cheddar cheese! My family adores this quick and easy breakfast and the French Oven would be fabulous to use!! This pan is on my Christmas Wish List!! I'd love to make a Cuban Sandwich...Mmmmm...roasted pork, swiss cheese, yellow mustard and pickles all pressed flat on a good quality toasty, crusty, crunchy sourdough or cibatta!!! That's the first sandwich...then comes the Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana and then the traditional good old American Grilled Cheese...Wow...I'm making myself so hungry...especially after reading all of the wonderful ideas...!!
