I made a double batch tonight and added a 1/2 tsp of powdered ginger and a dash of white pepper. The final product is so close to real chai!

I use bread to do this. It ends up being just sticky enough to grab the dust. Then, a quick sweep with towel or pastry brush.

I bought a large Kirkland (Costco) Dutch oven and it's holding up just as well as my smaller Le Creuset. I don't baby either one and I'm happy to report no chips or staining.

No accent wall. All walls painted the same color. I think gray would look lovely.

I agree with dlub, the threading/lip is annoying. I don't object to the canning jar aesthetic, but the thread is unpleasant.

As someone who just recently got rid of all of my POM iced tea 'glasses', I endorse moving on to real glassware.
