Especially in a New York apartment, which tend to not have much room, I would go with just a few pieces of good quality cookware. I highly recommend All-Clad; they have a few different styles but nothing "colorful." There is an outlet in PA that sells irregular pieces for really good prices, and they even have a deal where if you buy four or more pieces you get more of a discount. All-Clad is a great investment, especially because of the lifetime warranty. I buy my All-Clad from Cookware & More. The irregulars usually come looking almost perfect and they are so much cheaper! Good Question: Why Are All-Clad Pots and Pans So Expensive? |

The Broccoli and Feta Pasta Salad is awesome! I make it with a few additions that taste great in it: cucumbers, carrots, and when I'm in the mood, green peppers taste wonderful in it too. :) Recipe: Broccoli and Feta Pasta Salad |
