I'm surprised at the number of people who have found cinnamon chips so easily! I've looked at every grocery story in my town (of 100,000+) and not only does no one carry them, but when I ask store clerks, they give me funny looks and say, we've never seen anything like that... Maybe I'll try the butter/sugar/cinnamon modification. Any suggestions on proportions?

I agree with Maureen.Miluakee... Red is a color your'e supposed to avoid in medical care. When I (and several of my friends) were trained in First Aid, Wilderness First Aid, etc. we were always told to find a clean white cloth (like a tshirt, if you're in the woods)... Red wash cloths have dyes that can get into the cut, particularly if the cloth newer, which you really don't want.
