I love Clotilde! This bread pudding is gorgeous, I love how you've packed it into little muffin cups. I think this would be a fantastic addition to a brunch menu; but as a vegan, I'm going to have to change a few things.

Where's the grater? I can't live without mine. I use it everyday to grate fresh ginger into..well, everything! I also love my strainer.
I've wanted a mandolin for a while now. I bet I'd go crazy thinly slicing EVERYTHING I could get my hands on. Then, I'd get tired of it : )

All these look delicious! I just shot an episode of my cooking show in which I make my FAVORITE spicy dish: curried parsnips and carrots wrapped in chickpea flour crepes, topped with beet tamarind chutney. It's not online yet, but it's so tasty and easy to make!

Beautiful. I'm looking forward to letting my cooking take me on journey tomorrow, as I have a whole day to myself. First I'll bake a cake, then prepare a dinner to share with my boyfriend. It's time like these, when there's nothing to do but create a wholesome meal, when I feel truly at home.

I love sprouted lentils, they're the perfect snack to pack in a ziplock, or tiny glass jar, and eat throughout the day. With a little salt they're extra delicious.
I'm glad you posted this, people are always asking me how to sprout, I'll send them here : )
