I made this for dinner last night and it was super yum. It was the first time I've cooked glass noodles...the instructions should add a note that 1st timers should allow an extra 5 minutes of playtime while draining the noodles. ;-) Trippy noodles! I think this is just wonderful, not only for the sake of meal planning, but I bet looking back at the dinners through the years triggers lots of great memories. I make a weekly meal plan and grocery list every Saturday morning, but that's as organized as it gets. The plan and list get written on whatever loose piece of paper is closest to me. Brilliant idea to use a condiment holder as a crayon holder! I'm stealing that idea TONIGHT when I get home from work! Thank you! Adella & Nolan's Light and Airy Playroom My Room |

What a sweet space you've created for your little ones! I have that same color on our nursery walls...which was originally for my daughter and is now for my son. I love it so much. Where did you get the book shelves? Adella & Nolan's Light and Airy Playroom My Room |

I just had one of these at a new bar near my house in San Francisco - The Rock Bar! It was so yummy, but I actually had to give it to my husband 3/4 of the way through it. Yummy but potent!! A bad combo for a mom of 2 small kids who doesn't get out much. Thanks for the recipe! Classic Cocktail: The Corpse Reviver #2 Drinks from The Kitchn |

Kitchn readers are the most clever folks! The muffin tin tip is great and I love the straw idea. I have a Food Saver but sometimes I don't want to drag it out just for a few veggie pancakes for my one-yr-old son. The straw will be so much more convenient. I hear you. Luckily here in SF, we can easily and quickly get to quiet green spots outside of the city in any direction, north, south, or east. My husband and I try to get our kids out of the city at least once a weekend. Urban Exhaustion: How Do You Handle It? |
