The dough was DELICIOUS. and no eggs :o) they were really hard to roll out though, kept crumbling and falling apart. The finished and fully baked crackers taste great, but CTHOM was right--they would benefit from a cinnamon sugar shower just before jumping in the oven. I love the winter classics, especially sweets. The flavor of peppermint always fits nicely with the holidays, but I have never used it before in recipes.
