Does anyone have input on if this application work outdoors too? My lovely little lab decided to chew on a wooden pilar outside.

How To

I am looking to get one of these since my flooring in the new bathroom is going to be black stones which are quite cold feeling at first. I don't want to slap a $2.99 ikea rug on them, rather keep with the overall spa feel. Something a little different and nice all at the same time :)

Short term: One vote for the plastic film stuck on by a hair dryer - it seemed silly at first but my heating bill went from $245 in november to $80 in december (which was much colder here in the northwest). And the heated blanket under the fitted sheet makes a HUGE difference. I totally agree saving up for replacement of windows/updating them. But these are great in the mean time.

Amanda I'm with you. As a pet owner I've worked hard and continue to work with my dog to make sure that anyone I invite over is comfortable with her. At 55 lbs (& still growing)and at full speed the puppy can easily knock someone over, and I'd be quite upset if it happened to me. A well trained and respectable pet serves as an example! For those who may have a negative opinion, they will see what all pets are capable of being: awesome!

Yikes that much for a bed seems crazy, until I think about how much my car cost. @missizzy you got a point there.

Besides this is a TEST they are doing, clearly the point is to prove if the cost is worth it. Chill out guys!

Change out the hardware at least - who says you need a traditional round handle? Instead opt for a sleek handle (such as the METRIK or LANSA from Ikea). Then use a magnet to keep the door closed when needed. This would also apply if you replaced the doors for less builder basic ones. Good Luck!

I love the mail idea too for indoors! I'd just pick my favorite number(s) or it'd be neat to have letters as an option, since I would then get a J for my name.

If I lived alone again, I'd be happy with 500. Enough space for music/crafts, and room enough for pretty small parties on the occasion. But I cant imagine not having my adorable puppy around so for now I'll enjoy my ~1500 sq feet with her (and my sister/nephew)

I have that shower, and I HATE it. Mine "leaks" through the cracks in the door, right onto the floor. One thing to do in the mean time is make sure the shower head is pointed directly at the floor- this may require an extention rod for it, but it prevents water from being directed right at the leaky door.

Costco sells corner showers that would fit this space- my friend got one for around $700. Which seems like a lot at first, but after 4 months of research it's a great deal for the entire thing in one box.

And I agree with the above comments that the sink could work if you built shelves on the wall where the current storage is sitting. Good luck!
