We have a Cedarworks playset and have the toddler swing for it. I think it is pretty cute - definitely more attractive than the plastic buckets or little tikes type of swings. My daughter seems pretty comfortable in it, too. It is made of fabric (weatherproof canvas), wood, and rope. Non-Ugly Outdoor Toddler Swings? Good Questions |

This looks great! I've made a similar casserole with delicata squash instead of the pumpkin puree. It's a little more work since the squash needs to be cooked first, but sooo delicious! Quick Dinner Recipe: Pumpkin & Ricotta Pasta Casserole |

I use it in my art studio (I'm a printmaker) under my woodcuts. It keeps my blocks from sliding around while I'm carving. Around the Kitchen: Creative Ways to Use Non-Slip Liner |

Our 7-week old sleeps in a pack-n-play next to our bed. Sometimes we bed-share as well. I really wanted to get an Arm's Reach but the only ones that might have worked with our platform bed are the sleigh bed model and the universal model, both of which are much more expensive than the regular or mini versions and are rarely available used on craigslist around here. Our television is inside an armoire in our living room not to camouflage it (it is very obviously a media cabinet) but to protect it from our obnoxious cats (we love them but they get into everything when we're not around.) If our media center was out in the open we'd be replacing game consoles and stereo equipment pretty regularly. The Home Theater Equivalent of a Combover? Best Reader's Tips & Comments |

I used to do this with my elementary students when I was teaching art. We used washable tempera paint soaked in a sponge when we didn't have ink pads (which was most of the time - we had a limited art supply selection.) The kids loved it and made some great work with it. Stamp Printing with Modeling Clay Filth Wizardry |

I also wasn't allowed to tape up posters in my room, but I went to boarding school in high school and taped up posters then. I had a huge collection of Absolut Vodka ads and Salvador Dali posters. We've got a reel mower. They're not difficult to push. We've got a flat yard so that helps. If you let the grass get too tall, then it is harder to mow (the blades push it over instead of cutting it) but I can usually get most of it with a couple of passes. A grass whip is a great accessory if you've got a reel mower. Perfectly Powerful Push Mowers | Apartment Therapy DC |

I think the brand name is "Nature Print" not because they're claiming cyanotypes are natural, but because the process was so often used with botanical specimens. Sunprint Alphabet Print | Apartment Therapy Ohdeedoh |

We store ours in a cool, dark spot in the basement inside cardboard boxes. They keep longer if you don't wash the dirt off before storing. Our root veggies are from our CSA so they come to us dirty - I don't know how well it would work with washed veggies from the supermarket. I do like the looks of the rack at Gardener's supply, though! Root Vegetable Storage: Vegetable Store Box | Apartment Therapy The Kitchn |
