Cute buttons.

Such a pragmatic idea...screenprinting art onto a cotton pillow. The results are fantastic, and the price point is smart. I like these a lot.

Nice idea using spray adhesive. Otherwise, snags and stretching would be a problem.

Indeed, natural latex foam is ridiculously expensive. There are other natural filler options, such as horsehair and kapok. Pricing for these materials depends on the supplier, but they usually cost more than regular foam too.

Another option would be to cut your losses and request regular foam but focus on using an eco-friendly fabric.
