I am eagerly awaiting the final phase--revealing the room's finished results!!

@Ansela, not to pick on you, or make this seem like a lecture on art, BUT please open your mind to the possibility that this map, or hypothetically speaking, a stone bench by an old broken, stagnant water filled fountain, may mean nothing to you, yet has and holds a special meaning to another. My guess is this map may have a special meaning for Michael. Lets try and keep focused on the fact that sentimental objects with value are not always bought from SAKS, shiny, sparkling all wrapped up in brand new packaging, attached with a price tag of 5+ however many zeros it takes for something to have 'worth.'

Look around I'm certain you'll find something near and dear to you that may seem to be "worth" nothing to someone else.

Good luck on the apt.'s final phase, Michael! Can't wait to see the outcome.

What an exciting project to see progress!! This gentleman already has a keen sense of style all on his own. It takes quite an open-minded person to allow someone else to take over one's home, and change it into something the owner may not have envisioned, but may embrace after it is completed. AND, enough about the cowboy boots...in case some people forgot to focus on the topic and main discussion--this is an article centered around, "Michael's Home Design."
