Yummmmm, my mom's pot roast, far and away my fave slow-cooker meal. Both times after coming home with my new babies, the smell of dinner wafting from the slow-cooker just made it all so much easier. (Plus, obviously, my mom rocks.) Unfortunately, our slow-cooker didn't survive our last move. This one is gorgeous! I was going to be a Prima Ballerina. (It was the Nutcracker that did me in.)
