Sounds great and springy! We just got fresh snow in Michigan this morning, so it's not spring here quite yet.

Pretty! My white one was a gift, so I can't complain, but I do love all those colors!

I love this idea, but I would need a really big table to hide my St. Bernard's bed inside!

I just bought some delicious Nature's Path granola that's dark chocolate with freeze dried berries. I think I could use this recipe to make my own dark chocolate berry granola (maybe by adding some cocoa powder and chocolate chunks). I love the flavor combo, so I'm sure this strawberry almond bark would be great too!

Sounds yummy! Lately, I've been pouring some Trader Joe's mixed dried fruit (cherries, blueberries, cranberries, and golden raisins) and some raw sliced almonds into a bowl with some almond milk. When the oats are ready, I put them on top and then mix everything up.

I recall drinking a lot of sweet drinks in those early days.... mudslides, daiquiris, and White Russians come to mind. I still drink White Russians, but generally prefer my drinks less (or not) sweet these days.

I have a jar of white vinegar that I open and leave on the counter. It sucks up the smells without adding too much stink of its own.

There's something very satisfying about scrubbing out my bathtub with a similar paste. I also spent a long time whisking homemade mayo last week, so I experienced the same satisfaction and meditation through that (along with a sore forearm).

You could cube and then roast them, and then serve with a creamy dip

I was also going to suggest sticking the pan in the oven while it's pre-heating.

Maybe a taco bar? You could make some pulled chicken or pork, then have dishes of beans, plates of tortillas and chips, and all the toppings. That way you have options for gluten free or vegan guests (if you have any) and even the pickiest kids (or adults) can choose exactly what they want. We did this for a family party over the weekend, and everyone (including the almost-5 year old, 2 1/2 year old, and 1 year old) found something they liked.

Sounds yummy! I"m trying to find new snack recipes too, although I'm more looking for non-sweet options (and preferably some including veggies). All of my snacks lately have been Larabars, Kind bars, apples with peanut butter, or yogurt with granola.

My living room is a similar color (Blue Spa by Benjamin Moore), and I used to have those exact couches. Guess we have similar taste!

To prevent this, use unsalted stock. I recently made the mistake of using regular sodium chicken stock in a roasted squash soup, but I had already salted the squash before roasting it. Fortunately, I was able to cut the saltiness by adding some water, but next time, I'll make sure to use low/no sodium stock and add my own salt!
