I saw these vertical gardens/succulent walls when I was at Flora Grubb...wow! So cool looking. My husband and I were inspired to try something similar in our backyard where we have 2 large planters made of 18" pvc pipe (its actually sewer pipe he got from a job site!) with large holes drilled out of the sides where the plants have to grow vertically. We planted the succulents about 4 months ago and they have grown like crazy. Actually, many of them are blooming now so its a riot of color!
