I love that Mary and Ed have so many things in their collection that reflect the community in which they live. Those non-profit centers for artists with developmental disabilities are really something special -- and I'm glad these guys are in tune to that.

I really like this place, and the way it -- true to the House Tour name -- makes me feel comfortable. Like, sit-and-read-a-book-for-hours-and-don't-feel-shamey-about-it kinda comfortable. LOVE the striking art, and thoughtful moments throughout.

I feel like the photography really isn't doing this place justice. The twisted angles and quick compositions are distracting, and take away from the House Tour a bit for me. You can do better AT, I know you can.

That said, I am truly inspired. Thank you to Ralph and Drew for sharing your warm and wonderful space with us.

Seriously? This is the best (and biggest) DIY project I have ever seen. PLEASE post Before pics.

An IKEA chair or Twilight book is nothing compared to what sounds like a marvelously physical and bold effort. I too, applaud the mission and hope to see more of this design audaciousness coming from the South and Green Bottle Workshop.

This would totally be my dream house.
