I love them all, but I would definately use the Square Roaster to make lasgagna...my hubby's FAV...as a surprise for him...I got his fav reciepe from his step monster...no easy feat as she does seem to like me much..so I think it said a lot that I actually called & spoke to her...oh and of course the fact that she relinquished the receipe..... Ok..I would use fresh sourdough bread, coat the outside with butter & parmesean cheese mix..inside some cheese, thinly sliced roma tomatoes and grilled chicken (that had been marinated in italian dressing) then press & grill away...ok now I am VERY VERY hungry!
