Mmm that looks so yummy! I've gone nuts over osmanthus flowers (guay-hua) after a recent trip to Taiwan, I think I would like this.

My favourite way to use them is really just sprinkled in with some green tea, it's a nice flavour and the smell is so lovely. I saw a pretty good sized package of them in the dried foods section at my local Asian grocery the other day, about $3 or $4 CDN. About the same as in Taiwan!
