Thanks friends! The posterity app looks great, but I'm really looking for something that translates easily into book format. Same thing for Momento. I can't tell if you can publish it as a book. I used Blurb when it first came out, and loved it, but it required a good bit of time.

What I'm looking for is something that I can write a little snapshot each day (I'm talking 1 minute tops), and then at the end of the year, hit "Publish" or something Super-Easy to turn it into a book format. I don't want to have to do tons of formatting....because it will never, ever get done.

I might take a look at the Instagram/Blurb option. Does it require much in the way of formatting/uploading?

Please don't send almond butter. It is a tree nut. Also, I agree with others...Sunbutter is a good alternative.

We lived with Milk/Egg/Peanut/Treenut/Shellfish allergies, and even I think that is quite a restrictive (and a bit overboard) list. But bless you for abiding by it. I know it is a relief to the parents of those in the class with allergies.

Will they let you slice the grapes and cut up cheeses? Carrots & Ranch Dip,

Thanks everyone. I am the one who submitted the question, and I think the book recommendation is very relevant & exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for.

I'm excited about some of these ideas y'all (I do love the South) have suggested. Has anyone had experience doubling (or tripling) a braised bean recipe? The linked recipe above would not be enough for a crowd.

I've been looking for this too. This is a delicious beet cake recipe (tastes a bit like carrot cake) but it is not pink or red.

oops. storage basket got left off. they would be somewhere in the middle, between 7 & 8.

We had this problem. Someone caught them & had them fixed. So they are still around, but at least they aren't multiplying.

Also, we did buy some coyote urine, which we heard could help. We also put pepper all around the yard. I think they helped a little, but the coyote urine was very expensive.

Definitely. You can use this as a shortcut for any of jessica seinfeld or missy chase lapine's recipes. Those authors use lots of different purees, many which do not come in storebought baby foods, but sweet potatoes is one you could use easily in many of their recipes. Or you can throw in something like squash, peas, etc. into a dark or similar colored soup or chili. I think the key is not to overdo it.
