Finally happy to see Florida represented (other than Miami..) ! However, that poor little pug needs a diet soon, so bad for the health of that little adorable creature. Also, the collection of mason jars, is it being used for anything? I collect mason jars to use for canning or storage of all kinds. Celesta & Sean's Eclectic (Fun!) First Home House Tour |

though I love the place, I feel really offended that they placed a dining room where the fireplace is. It does a disservice to it. Fireplaces should have some nice arm chairs surrounding it for being all cozy :) Pilar and Carl's Colorful Casa Green Tour |

I love the whimsy and originality! Buuut, I'd rather see it refurbished and be a working old oven :) Before & After: A Retro Oven Turned Lounge Chair |

the cat in the window is my favorite picture. He/She seems to really be enjoying the sunlight coming into the room, thus increasing it's appeal. Plus the wall art is adorable :) Alysha & Matt's Sunny Seattle Retreat House Call |

KayinKCMO: How did your friends become your friends? You met them and got to know them. You chose the people you spend your time with. If you took the time to investigate couch surfing, there is the option of CHOICE. You get to choose IF someone stays with you and/or WHO stays with you. That gives you a lot of control. No one is being raped and murdered here. Couch Surfing: Would You Allow a Stranger in Your Home? |

Couchsurfers tend to be young, adventurous people looking to travel not only cheaply, but truly experiencing the place they are visiting by meeting locals. I am very glad that couch surfing exists and I love the community it creates. By meeting people from other parts of the planet, you become a much more worldly person based on the experience you created and not what expensive 'worldly' things you own. If you are an old grouchy person, please don't condemn couchsurfing because you value your life based on your possessions. Couch Surfing: Would You Allow a Stranger in Your Home? |

I actually think it looked much prettier in the before picture. Now it just looks like a desk you could get from Pottery Barn with that cliche large wooden letter. Color Therapy: Corinna's Updated Secretary Reader Painting Project | Apartment Therapy San Francisco |
