If it gets colder in the evenings, or if you like 'tea', I really like this quick-to-make brew : poor boiling water over a little sugar (optional) and add a little lemon juice / throw in a big slice of lemon. I bake my own sourdough bread, and use a (dark, from IKEA) metal pan for that. Before I got the metal pan I used an enamel regular cooking pan (no wooden/plastic handles!) and that worked really well too. Metal, Glass, Ceramic, or Silicone Pans: When To Use Each |

Stock / bouillon. I have always (since birth) hated soup because of this. Limits freezer meal options, but I just can't eat it.
