Many public parks in Toronto have these and they are kid magnets in the summer.

Can I ask where you bought the plain red party hats? Was it Dollarama in Toronto?

After looking for months at similar models, we recently bought the Nordic table set and are very pleased (though it came to over $200 with taxes and shipping to Canada).

I like that there are no sharp corners and its neutral enough not to take up a lot of visual space even in a small room. Another nice thing about it is that that stools are easy for very young kids to get on and off themselves.

After going through many awful rash experiences, I finally listened to my sister-in-law and tried all-natural Lunar Eclipse cream. I have never looked back since. I'm kicking myself for not trying it sooner - I think I was hesitant to try it because of the wacky name and DIY look of the product. Since switching, we've never had a major rash.

Its widely available in Canada (even at Shoppers Drug Mart), though I don't know if they sell it in the US.

I've been drooling over these blankets for a while now and I'd be curious to hear if anyone has any experience with them.

Love the ducks!

It looks like you can buy the quilt separately for $110. My only problem is it looks fairly lightweight.

I've been using the eco tablets sold at Costco and they work like a charm.

I also love Dr. Bonners. You dilute it so a single bottle goes a long way.

Another advantage with this tub is that it helps colicky babies. My daughter suffered from reflux for the first 4 months of her life and with the tummy tub, bath time was often the only time of day when she was not fussing or crying. It was no more difficult than than a regular tub since we had no idea what we were doing any way we washed her (first child).

Also a bucket like this uses very little water - you only have to fill it up a third of the way because the baby displaces most of the water.

If you are concerned about price and waste, look for one on Craigslist, which is where I found mine. When the baby grows out of it (for us this was at 10 months when she started to stand) you can use it to store bath toys.
