Love it! Where are the pillows in the office from? The LOVE pillow and the chevron would work perfectly with the colors I already have...Love your work on HGTV, too!

Love the idea of two places!

Does anyone know where I can find those bike racks? I'm looking for something exactly like those!

I'm very interested in this question because I'm moving into a studio with a similar layout in Old Town on Saturday. Instead of a balcony, mine has floor to ceiling windows, but otherwise it is a similar rectangle/box layout. After looking at basically every Small Cool entry, I spent hours playing with floor plans on this website (clicking on the "i" on each piece of furniture you add allows you to change the dimensions to match your own): http://roomplanner.icovia.com/ashley/resources/icovia.aspx

Although I fully anticipate moving my furniture around a million times, I believe my first layout is going to have the bed in what is your upper left corner. If you place the headboard against the top wall and leave it a foot from the wall, you would still have room to get to the doors. Since mine will have to be in front of windows, I don't think I am going to block it off with any sort of bookcase. Although I initially planned to use an Expedit or something similar, I found that I was actually more drawn to the Small Cool entries without dividers.

My tv is going on the top wall with a couch not fully against the bottom wall. Instead of a divider, I think I'm going to put two chairs next to the bed to create a little seating area with the tv and couch. I am on a tight budget and love the CB2 sidecar high table; you could put that or something similar as more of a breakfast bar/desk/table between your kitchen and living area. Mine is going to be in what is your bottom left corner; it will be separated from my kitchen area and right against the floor-to-ceiling windows. The space behind the couch leaves a walkway to my little eating area. If you put the table between the kitchen and the living space, you could use your bottom left corner for an office nook.

This may end up looking too cluttered, but on my floorplan it looks like defined living spaces! Good luck!!
