Yep, that is obscene.

I live on Guerrero in in the Mission in a house that has no insulation (I can hear someone sneeze outside our window with the window closed) and I have adapted to the noise. MUNI noise isn't great, but it is better than heavy traffic and screaming drunks at 2am every weekend and weekday. You will get used to it.

They have a similar plastic utensil set over at Urban Outfitters for $20 for a set of 4.

I was hesitant at first to begin saving my food scraps for composting because I thought it would smell more than if I put it in the regular trash. But I can have a bag full of food scraps in the kitchen for a week and it rarely smells. It really is worth it.

My boyfriend and I went to both China and Peru for two week trips. We also took very little--about as much as you did--and it was the best decision we could have made. We moved around a lot in each country so traveling lighter really helped. Washing our clothes in the sink worked well--except for one night when it was a little too cold to dry everything. I also agree that it helped us focus on the trip and experience a little more.

I do understand why people organize their books by color. It does look nice. Still, sometimes I wonder why they don't just throw a rainbow up on their wall.

I think you should keep them as they are.
