Wow Guys. Wow... I'm speechless. For the longest time I've thought that getting something beautiful from the typical Ukie Village apartment was nearly impossible. Your home is impeccable. When I'm ready to leave my Fulton Market loft, I'll be looking for exactly what you have here. Bravo. Cheers. Stephen and Jessica's Artfully Arranged Home and Studio House Tour |

I like the place, you guys have good taste in furniture. The fireplace is a nice touch, but the area around it needs to be cleaned up, it's much too busy. Overall the place looks a bit too much like an overdone CB2 catalog. Bringing in an actual designer with some other sources would have sealed the deal. I live right down the street from Wright and I love biking by their gallery late at night to see the beautiful pieces on display, properly illuminated in the window. It's like a kid in front of a candy store. A very, very, expensive candy store. Auction Results: Wright's Scandinavian Design | Apartment Therapy Chicago |

I don't mean to use this as an advertising space, but my good friend Keith builds custom city bicycles in the Chicago/Milwaukee area. He carefully crafts "new" bicycles from used parts, keeping waste down and giving a new life to something that would normally end up in a landfill. The best part is that they look and ride like brand new bikes and no two are ever alike. His specializes in single speeds. Contact him via the website below and he'll work with you to build the city bike of your dreams. Best City Bikes Easy Rides 2010 | Apartment Therapy New York |

No brainer, take the 2/2 w/ spiral staircase. If you're buying it, then you'll probably only have to deal with moving stuff up once, and very rarely after that. Balconies are nice, but even the most avid balcony dweller can effectively use them as much as they're worth. Would You Choose a Balcony or a Spiral Staircase? I have a black stove so every time we cook, it's visible. I've found the fastest way of dealing with this is to just run the burner grates in the dishwasher and wipe the stove top down with a grease killer. Simple.
