I love the beautiful blue color! I'd use them for everything. Spaghetti and meatballs or some puttanesca sounds good right now. Or some spicy creamy southwestern pumpkin soup. Or chicken with apricot cream sauce. Or greens with garlic, lentils with wine glazed vegetables, or black beans...or anything and everything! I would use these for everything! Stew, pasta sauce, no-knead bread, black beans, soup...on and on!!! and i sure could use some good news. It's been a hell of a year. fingers crossed!
