i think dark walls (i vote dark eggplant, navy, or charcoal) with dark brown molding topped with a glossy ceiling & gold/crystal accents could be a showstopper! i've actually been dreaming of a dark aubergine bedroom...

i've used a magic eraser on wall scuff marks with success - we had floating shelves up and they left a lot of marks! the beige matte paint wasn't damaged with the magic eraser...

Dress for Success accepts gently-used women's professional clothing for their mentoring program that helps women who are making the transition from welfare to work.
