thefreefood, We actually have that bed. It's not bad, but if you have an ikea near you, it would probably be better quality than that. For the price of what you pay for it on amazon, it's pretty low quality, especially the drawers - which are kind of shallow. Oh and you can't have a nightstand because then you can't open the drawers. We ended up hanging low shelves, though. So, overall I'm happy, but I won't shed any tears if it breaks or falls apart because of the cheap material. Recommendations for Platform Storage Beds? Hollyann, you might look into buying some citronella oil and a oil diffuser. You know what I think? I think it doesn't matter. Painted brick... no painted brick. It's an "abomination"... really? An abomination? I mean, really... seriously. It's right up there with murder? Oh and you see an painted brick wall and think the person's boring. That's your meter of judging a person? "Excuse me, but let me see your walls, I'd like to see if you HAVE A PAINTED BRICKS."
