The best thing about a decent second hand couch is after you have it professionally steam cleaned and delivered it is still cheaper than a new couch. Then when movers, kids and pets reck the couch you are less emotionally invested and can let life's accidents happen with grace.

I live in the captial city of Canada. I pay $871.00 for rent in a very small one bedroom apartment. It is an addition on the back end of an old home on the ground floor. When I moved in the stove top and oven didnt work, the fridge had mold growing in it, the cupboard were covered with a mustard coloured sludge, the ceiling leaked in rain storms, none of the windows opened, the communual laundry machine was blocked with water, the dryer didnt work and the neighbors dog peed on the carpet outside my door daily. They raise my rent every year. Everytime I get the itch to move I browse apartments on the internet where apartments like mine rent for $1200-$1400 a month. Things in my price range are usually basement apartments in bad locations. Then I get motivated and take the couple hundred dollars it would cost to move and put it into my apartment. Slowly but surely this place is turning into a great apartment. Good luck in your move!

There is a place in Ottawa Ontario Canada that carries a lot of Chandeliers. They have a bin of old discarded crystals that range in price. I would suggest contacting them to see if they have a lead on what you are looking for.

I'm sure that these rocks are neat-o but the beauty of ice cubes is you don't have to have them shipped across the world to enjoy them. Which I feel makes them more environmentally friendly than Swedish rocks in my Canadian drink.
