I have the same question as Casey had some time ago. Considering ordering a Ballard custom upholstered Graham sofa in my own material but nervous about the quality of cushions and upholstering. If I send them my fabric and I don't like the result I'm out of luck. Does anyone have experience with these pieces from Ballard to comment on quality, "cushiness" etc?
