We're lucky to have this local popsicle joint, but some of the flavors are inspiring to try at home! They always have cream based and juice based varieties, and even some of the stranger ones taste fantastic. Strangest one I've tried yet=banana & black olive.

Lima beans. I've had them all ways, but they are the bane of my tastebuds.

I've found that most folks' food dislikes are texture based, with some exceptions for strong flavors like cilantro or seafood. Reading through the list, it's surprising to see how many consistencies there are!

Russian blinis! Good with a sweet set-up (fresh fruit and a little fresh whipped cream or creme anglaise), or savory (traditionally served with caviar, but are yummy with salmon, spinach and creme fraiche).

I have used the greens of wild onion and garlic like I would chives, a flavorful sprinkling adding color and flavor to a dish. I've also used them in salad dressings. They are pretty strong, and grow more potent (in things like soups and salad dressings) so use sparingly!

I have a cutting board of theirs that I LOVE! It's easy on knife blades and, as stated, does not harbor bacteria. I didn't know they also made utensils, but I love the cutting board so much I'm likely to seek them out.
