@guido I don't know where you get Bob's Red Mill from, but it's obviously way cheaper than the local market I have. (Of course, that may be the difference in 2006 and 2010 prices.) A bag of Bob's Red Mill almond meal in my local market is $11.49. I don't have celiac, so I'm not willing to pay that... making my own for a little extra work, however, I can definitely handle.
