We place our toaster oven on a high shelf to free up counter space. It is not used often. But when I do use it, I hv to take it down as it emits a lot of heat. A couple of times the plug has hit my head and the door can slide open, no thanks to gravity. So I hv to remind myself to always find the plug, and when bringing it down, tilt it slightly backward so the door won't open and hit my head.

Actually it makes sense for the dressing room to be there since it is closest to the bathroom.

While I do love some neutral tones, this is a little much. But great job of getting everything to fit so seamlessly in such a small space!

I love all the dark wood furniture pieces. And that wallpaper is so beautiful and the bed so comfy.

Love the Unionjack, the living room colours! Bedroom looks so cosy! But the high chairs are a little bulky at the bottom. And they're in the corridor? I will most likely trip on them while passing by.

Well white furniture goes with any colour walls. That shade of blue paint is a little light, maybe choose a shade darker and brighter. As for bedding, i think white, grey patterns or even fuchsia! See this for an idea: http://pinterest.com/pin/1421752/

I've been exploring renting. Other than the obvious clean and safe everybody wants, I guess I need:
- A window in the bathroom and kitchen.
- Separate kitchen (and dining) from living/bedroom; I like to cook and clean up thoroughly
- No funky/damp smells
- Pets allowed (I hv 2 rabbits)
- At least one view with some trees.
- Some grocer/cafe/supermarket within 5-10 minutes walk.

A nearby park would be nice, but I can jog in quiet neighbourhoods too.

It's clothes strewn around that gets me. I bought a wall-mounted coat rack and make sure all clothes are on that rack all the time. It really makes me feel good. I also keep my bedside table simple: just tissue paper and my body lotions, and the occasional necklace i forget to remove before bed :)
