Don't forget estate sales. I'm continually amazed at what I find for a fraction of the price. It's spray painted or updated just cushions and you have a one of a kind. You also support a totally local economy in the process.

I've mostly learned from my mistakes, sometimes costly then over a period of time those costly ones gave me a new perspective and/or challenge.
My favorite posts is when I come on APT and think, brilliant why didn't I think of that. One of my biggest challenges on here is trying to find old posts to reference or store for future reference.

I've never been one to like color sorry. I repeatedly see it used and it comes across like a daycare center. This home is friggen amazing. I'm totally impressed with your skills. I wish I had color down as well as you do. This amazing and Home Tour worthy for any cause. Thanks for sharing.
