Tim's is definitely tops for me. Creating a functional fold-away working area and storage for all his books, DVDs and art makes excellent use of what could have been a small and cluttered space. Also, that it doubles as a media room is brilliant. No doubt he could fit the kitchen in there somehow as well!??
