Reasons: it looked the best to me, and I have had a similar green to Dill Pickle before and I have grown tired of it.

Trends that seem old to me - anything without originality and personality. The cookie cutter looks, as if the designer just stole the entire look from a magazine. Buy A, B and C, and you will have the room of your dreams. And don't forget you need a high end mixer on the counter, even if you do not bake.

The spaces end up looking like a house that has been re-staged to sell.

Suggestion: update the artwork with a larger original painting something that gives off a feeling of life, show some personality....Somewhere along the road, it became fashionable to design personal spaces to look like sterile hotel rooms - I 'm not into that style...but that's just me.

Like! The rawness shown here, is sorely missing in much of contemporary interior design.

Don't be surprised if a designer latches on, polishes it for the masses, and has a hit.

i love the concept, just not the design of the repeating pattern (personal opinion) .

Congrats on not doing the same old "calming effect" that has tried to muzzle every creative and human emotion out there!
