Maybe I'm missing something, but how does the mail get into there from the postman if it locks or recognizes your fingerprint? Does it fingerprint the letter carrier as well? Does it text you when he/she gets there? I actually would be really interested in this, but never could find a good solution. Thanks!

Kudos to you for doing what you want to YOUR furniture. Maybe now it fits in with your house better...maybe it's just funky on its own. It looks great.

how about how un-craggy Al Pacino was. Very nice, very nice. Not sure about Oswald and Stalin, but there have been a TON of celebrity arrests in the last 10 years. Black and white Charlie Sheen anyone? How about the infamous Lindsay Lohan? SO many options...

I agree with @jasmineisdomestic. I love the set design stuff you guys occasionally post. As I recall, there used to be a feature on the HBO site about the SATC apartments (well, sets, really), explaining the choices for each character. Love that staff.

open shelving makes my heart beat faster with joy! love this. Although, yes, I would probably keep spices that degrade in a pantry closet, and just use the clear jars for dry goods like rices and pastas. Still, LOVE THIS and an A+ for effort!

I think it's kind of cool, in an artsy way. It's a little whimsical, but still macabre. Like Edward Gorey could have designed it!

I LOVE open storage. Can't get enough of it. We just started to work on our kitchen at home (we rent, so nothing structural) and even adding some plain old ikea wood shelving has made such a huge difference.
